Women on International Boards program
As part of the Authority’s keenness to empower women in leadership positions, Miss/Amna Ibrahim Al Suwaidi - "Director of Aviation & Transportation Audit Department" participated in the "Women on International Boards" program, organized by the Dubai Women Establishment in collaboration with the Institute of Directors in London
The program targets women leaders on the front lines of various sectors by providing training materials designed by leaders with diverse global experiences and is based on the notion of peer learning and the use of effective management approaches.
The program covers several significant governance topics, namely: director strategy, effective board of directors, risk management, financing for non-financial managers, the function of the director, and the role of the board of directors.
