Workshop for the internal auditors of a number of government entities

The Financial Audit Authority held a workshop for internal auditors for a number of government entities to introduce the content of the Internal Audit Manual for Government Entities in the Emirate of Dubai, with the aim of improving the quality and efficiency of audit activity performance to promote the system of government work in the Emirate of Dubai.
The workshop covered a variety of themes, the most important of which were international standards for the professional practice of internal audit work and audit profession ethics principles, as well as the fundamentals of preparing an audit plan based on risk assessment and methods for identifying, documenting, and evaluating risks, with an emphasis on the importance of coordinating with assurance and consultation service providers when preparing an audit plan based on risk assessment
